Isn't there an ordinance for how early you can mow the lawn?? If there isn't there should be. One of my neighbors is now in the habit of cutting his grass at 6am!! I mean come on.... It wakes me up every time! Just bloody annoying...

Forget Gas Prices--There's a Bigger Problem... Beer Prices!

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans hosting Fourth of July barbecues will pay more cold cash for the cold ones this year as beer joins the list of foods and beverages whose prices are jumping, in part because of the booming ethanol market.

Retail prices for beer at supermarkets and other stores were up 3% in May from a year earlier, the biggest increase in 2½ years, according to the latest data from the Labor Department. That's higher than the inflation rate for the overall economy, and a bigger gain than in prices of liquor and wine bought to be consumed at home.

Those going out will also pay more for beer. Prices for beer poured away from home were up 3.8% in May from a year earlier.

The gains are in part a result of rising costs for malting barley, one of the main ingredients in beer. But a variety of other costs are increasing for brewers, including for other grains, glass, cardboard, energy, transportation, insurance and labor... more at USAToday

Blackbird e-Solutions will provide consulting services for web analytics software set-up and training for Cartango’s staff. The training will include how to manage the analysis software, as well as comprehensive reporting for traffic sources (direct, referral site, search engines), marketing info. Gas Prices..

Wow, gas prices are out of control again..
I have a VW GTI which gets pretty good gas mileage and has a gas tank that's about 15 gallons. I also usually buy the high grade gas because it is recommended for turbos, which mine is.

Last night I filled up and broke the $50 mark! It cost me $52!!

Man that hurts...

FC Blackbird to play in over 30 premier indoor league.

After the winning the bronze at the Keystone Games Indoor Soccer Tournament this past winter we decided to put together a premier indoor soccer team together. FC Blackbird will be playing at Lanco Field House in Lancaster (click for directions) in the over 30 premier league. This session will be our first time putting a team in this league, however we’ve hand picked the players and hope to continue our success. The team will have players from Lancaster, Manheim Township and Etown.
