The Money Pit!

So, I went and had a look at that property I mentioned before, and.....

It's a frickin' money pit if I ever saw one. There was a old farm house and a small cottage. The farm house from what I could see of the inside had already been gutted or needed to be. The outside had stucco was covering the old stone, but there were parts that were about to fall off or had already had! Making waist high holes. The owner had conveniently placed to large flat rocks on the front porch that covered up to spots where the floor boards were either gone or about to collapse. That isn't everything....

Now, even if the place was fixed up, I realized it wouldn't sell for what the guy was asking anyway. It is just a stones through away from the North East Extension and right across the street basically on the other side is 3 or4 cell phone towers. How many people are going to pay top dollar for a property in such a location??? I don't think many.

So, I respectively told the guy it was more than I was interested in working on now.

A few bumps in the road.

Well we have experienced a few bumps in the road(ie. unreliable designers) but we are moving on and I have some good guys working on things now. They are both motivated to get this off the ground. It is taking a bit longer but we are going to have it soon. :) Chris has been doing some great work with the graphics and Injoong is producing some good work with the coding and design.

I haven't been sleeping much the past couple of weeks. I average about 5 hours a night. I'm sure it will catch up with me....

Oh, I am also heading to look at a property tomorrow that could produce a substantial amout of profit but it will be some work... I'll have to see how much.
